As Senior Vice President of Development, John make sure deals are structured to everyone’s best interests and manages the details so clients don’t have to. His responsibilities include financial proforma analysis, negotiation of letters of intent and lease agreements, negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, working with local municipalities and towns to implement new infrastructure for projects, coordination of development project proposals, assistance with obtaining local and state economic incentives for projects. John is also responsible for the management of key broker relationships, constantly monitoring market conditions, and is the direct lead of project execution for Browning on projects executed with Prologis. During his tenure at Browning John has been directly involved in the development and leasing of over 10 million square feet of industrial buildings and the subsequent disposition of those assets as investment sales in excess of $750,000,000.
