900,000 Square Foot Speculative Construction at Velocity 65 Trade Center Fully Leased

(Shepherdsville, KY – November 5, 2021) SIOR Affiliate Browning Real Estate Partners, a leading real estate development and construction company based out of Indianapolis, announced Velocity 65 Trade Center Building 2 in Shepherdsville, Kentucky is 100 percent leased on a long-term basis.  The tenant will occupy the entire 908,600 square foot facility located along Interstate 65 in Shepherdsville, Kentucky.

Built in 2021, the building is cross-docked and features 90 loading docks and 36’ clear heights.  It is located on a 49-acre site at 200 Velocity Way within the Velocity 65 Trade Center, a 260-acre master planned industrial development due south of Louisville and the UPS Worldport along I-65. Corporate neighbors include notable e-commerce companies like Amazon, Best Buy, UPS, and Walmart.

Leasing for Velocity 65 Trade Center Building 2 was led by Phil and Greg Charmoli with Louisville-based Cushman & Wakefield Commercial Kentucky Inc.
