Grand Opening of Continuum at Discovery Park District
West Lafayette, IN – Browning Real Estate Partners and J.C. In addition to the project team several local officials and stakeholders were also in attendance. Rep. Continuum was developed and constructed as a joint venture between Browning and J.C. Hart in collaboration with the Purdue Research Foundation to provide an essential housing component necessary for the district’s master plan Browning helped PRF create in 2016. Designed to have an urban neighborhood feel and create a community where young professionals can live near Purdue University in non-student-oriented housing.
