Beverage Manufacturer to Occupy Browning's 915,720 SF Velocity 74 Trade Center

Prime Beverage Group, a premier beverage contract manufacturer and co-packing leader specializing in premium alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, today announced its expansion into the Indianapolis metropolitan area. The company has secured approvals to establish a state-of-the-art beverage production facility in Shelby County, Indiana, enhancing its capacity to serve the rapidly growing Midwest market. Prime Beverage Group will occupy and operate the entire 915,720-square-foot Velocity 74 Trade Center in Fairland, a modern industrial facility developed and constructed by Browning Real Estate Partners. Prime Beverage Group also maintains significant production and warehousing operations in North Carolina based in Kannapolis. This new Midwest location will provide improved supply chain efficiency, faster turnaround times, and greater accessibility for its brand partners in Midwest markets.

Located in Fairland, Indiana, Velocity 74 Trade Center is a LEED Silver 915,720-square-foot, cross-docked industrial facility developed and constructed by Browning Real Estate Partners with modern specifications designed to support production, warehousing, and distribution operations.
