Browning’s Erin Drake Finalist for 2026 Indy’s Best & Brightest

Browning Real Estate Partners is proud to share that our Director of Marketing, Erin Drake, has been named a finalist for the 2026 Indy’s Best & Brightest Awards, presented by Junior Achievement of Central Indiana.

The program recognizes 100 of central Indiana’s most outstanding young professionals across 10 industries, honoring professional achievement, civic engagement, character, and leadership. Erin is a finalist in the Real Estate, Development & Construction category.

At Browning, Erin leads integrated marketing strategy across development, construction, and asset management, while also helping shape how we engage our community and industry partners. Her work connects brand, relationships, and responsibility from strengthening philanthropic alignment and engagement, to expanding subcontractor outreach, and supporting a culture to “Be Browning.” Erin’s impact over the last decade has been steady, intentional, and lasting.

Beyond Browning, Erin is deeply engaged in community leadership, advancing initiatives that support food security, workforce development and education, and industry excellence to create expanded opportunity across central Indiana. She invests her time and expertise in efforts that connect people to pathways and strengthen the industries and neighborhoods we serve. Her recognition reflects not only individual excellence, but the collaborative culture and values that define our company.
