116th Street Mixed Use Development

116th Street Mixed Use Development

Browning is completing a $170 million dollar mixed-use project along the north and south sides of 116th Street in the Nickel Plate District, featuring residential, parking, retail, a high-end boutique hotel, anchored by First Internet Bank’s six-story headquarters as part of a public-private partnership between Browning, CRG Residential, Dora Hotel Company, First Internet Bank, and the City of Fishers.

The development is a complex in-fill redevelopment spanning a major thoroughfare, and its design and mix of uses reflects years of planning and a commitment to the Nickel Plate District’s downtown master plan and vision. The industrial-inspired campus, bound by the to be constructed Nickel Plate Trail, North Street, Maple Street, and South Street, will further establish downtown Fishers as a heavy employment node where residents can live, work, and play in close proximity.
