The new First Internet Bank Headquarters is a part of Browning’s $157 million dollar development in Downtown Fisher’s Nickel Plate District. The mixed-use development engages the north and south sides of 116th Street along the Nickel Plate Trail and features a mix of residential, retail, a high-end boutique hotel, anchored by the First Internet Bank Headquarters. This is the first building delivered as part of the complex infill redevelopment spanning a major thoroughfare and reflects years of planning and a commitment to the vision for the future of the City of Fishers.
The six-story headquarters has a “Monumental Staircase” that spans from floors 3-6 with a giant focal wall connecting the First Internet Bank floors together in an architectural feature design to create “collisions conversations”. The building also features a green roof terrace, a park like setting overlooking the new Nickel Plate trail, designed for employee recreation and comradery.
The building’s first and second floor host a mutli-tenanted office buildout, retail banking location, restaurant, and future retail opportunities.
