The 293,423 square foot IU Health Integrated Distribution Center was construction by the Browning/Prologis team in AirTech Park just west of Ronald Regan Parkway and Airtech Parkway.
The new building houses one of the most sophisticated hospital-run supply chains in the nation, utilizing a robotically controlled picking system tied into other advanced logistics processes that will let IU Health enhance patient care behind the scenes by improving the distribution of critical medical and other supplies to its statewide system of hospitals and other medical facilities.
The building features 32’ clear height, 2,000-amp electrical service, ESFR sprinkler system, LED interior & exterior lighting fixtures, sixteen (16) 6’ x 8’ air bag leveler indoor dock positions, generator back up, and over 36,000 SF of office and administration areas.
