Velocity 65 Trade Center

Velocity 65 Trade Center™ consists of over 300 acres of land in Shepherdsville, Kentucky (15 miles south of Louisville) and will house up to five (5) bulk distribution buildings totaling over 4 million square feet and outlets to the north and south.

The roadways and infrastructure around Velocity 65 Trade Center™ underwent significant improvements.  The Kentucky Transportation Department  opened a new I-65 interchange at the southern end of Velocity 65 in Q4 2020.  In addition, the City of Shepherdsville has constructed a new public road, named Alpha Way, that links both interchanges and provide exceptional accessibility to Velocity 65.

Velocity 65 Trade Center™ benefits from the presence of the UPS Worldport global air-freight hub at Louisville International Airport, which has been a major catalyst for business growth in the region, driven by the fact that 75% of United States cities can be reached within a two-hour flight.
