As Senior Estimator, Boyd provides leadership throughout Browning’s preconstruction process, with experience concentrated in industrial and build-to-suit projects. He works with clients, project teams, design partners, and trade partners to translate project requirements and evolving designs into comprehensive budgets, schedules, and bid proposals.
Boyd evaluates project scope, identifies potential cost and coordination issues, and manages the bid process to produce complete and well-supported estimates. He joined Browning in 2019, developing a strong understanding of the company’s approach to partnership, project planning, and successful delivery.
