As Associate Estimator, Brody supports Browning’s preconstruction team through takeoffs, budgeting, bid solicitation, project cost analysis, bid package development, and scope reviews. He collaborates with project teams and trade partners to develop accurate, well-coordinated estimates that position projects for successful delivery.
Brody brings an analytical perspective shaped by his studies in mathematical finance at Wabash College, as well as prior project management and estimating experience with a regional civil contractor. His experience includes design-phase budgeting and subcontractor coordination for industrial, multifamily, and commercial projects throughout the Midwest.
