He brings more than eight years of commercial real estate and facilities management experience, including oversight of multi-state industrial portfolios totaling up to 24 million square feet. Detail-oriented and practical in his approach to problem-solving, James uses data, technology, and clear communication to improve portfolio workflows, inform operating and capital decisions, and support the needs of owners and tenants’ needs.
