As Chief Financial Officer, Matthew makes sure Browning has the financial resources to deliver successful projects for its clients and the company. With over twenty years of accounting, law, real estate, and executive management experience, Matthew is part of the executive leadership team and oversees the structuring and execution of significant and diverse real estate transactions at Browning, including capital stack optimization and debt and equity sourcing.
Matthew and his team are responsible for the accounting, financial reporting and planning, financial controls at both the operational and property level entities, and all HR functions. He also leads the team’s development and implementation of comprehensive financial, operational, and monitoring strategies designed to preserve and grow assets, ensuring that Browning continues to be a mid-sized firm that punches above its weight.
