As a development associate focusing on our mixed-use and multifamily projects, Nick manages all aspects of the development process and is responsible for project sourcing, land assemblage, contract negotiation, entitlements, incentives, and maintenance of business relationships with our projects’ various stakeholders through construction and management.
Nick also interfaces with project architects, engineering firms and surveyors to manage development and construction risk through the life of the development projects.
