From Browning’s start, our firm has had a strong policy of giving back.  Using the same principles that have made us a trusted construction and development partner, building up communities has helped us better the lives of our employees, clients, partners, neighbors, and the cities/towns we serve… or as we like to say, Be Browning.

Corporate Giving Priority Areas.

BE EMPOWERED: SUPPORTING EMPLOYEE INITIATIVES

We encourage and applaud employee involvement in community life and demonstrate that support by prioritizing corporate charitable donations to organizations where our employees donate, volunteer, and serve on boards.

BE SAFE: HUMANITARIAN AND SOCIAL PROJECTS

We believe in creating safe and inclusive job sites and office environments for our employees and subcontractors and support programs that improve human services and assistance systems so others can feel just as safe and supported where they are.

BE ADMIRABLE: EXPANDING OPPORTUNITIES IN CONSTRUCTION AND COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE

The long-term impact of our industries improves the lives of families by building generational wealth and strengthening communities through placemaking and economic development. We support programs and organizations designed to enable all youth and adults (including historically underrepresented groups) to find their place in the construction or commercial real estate fields.

BE EXCELLENT: BUILDING COMMUNITY NEAR JOB SITES

We seek to strengthen our connection to the neighborhoods where we break new ground by supporting programs and encouraging our employees to become involved in the communities where they work.

Eligibility Criteria & Process

Browning will consider organizations that complement our mission/vision/purpose/core values.  Additionally, the organization needs to be legally identified as a non-profit 501c3 in good standing.  Due to the overwhelming number of requests received, Browning places the strongest emphasis on our employees’ engagement and commitments, so we encourage you to reach out to the Browning employee(s) already engaged with your organization for consideration.
