101 Indiana needed a solution to maintain their fleet and house additional staff as their business grew and they needed to keep customers first – providing Farmers high quality, nutritious feed that helps their livestock thrive when they need it, on time and on schedule.
Browning was able to help by constructing a 37,000 square foot maintenance building to their Pendleton, Indiana headquarters. The new facility adds 15,000 square feet of office space featuring both private and open office areas, a break room, 3 conference rooms, and large gathering space for trainings and all staff gatherings.
The other half of the building is a 22,000 square foot Truck Maintenance Shop to maintain their fleet and features shop offices, additional restrooms and break room, mezzanine space, and a truck wash. Eight drive-in doors are maintenance bays, one leads to the truck wash, and the remaining six overhead doors bring in natural light and create a large indoor/outdoor event space by connecting to the patio.
Browning also coordinated with the Owner to install radiant floor heating to the slab to keep the new facility heated more efficiently.
