Continuum at Discovery Park District

Continuum is a fully leased, mixed-use residential community containing 249 upscale residences and 15,000 square feet of street-level retail, located in the heart of the Discovery Park District, directly adjacent to Purdue University. Designed as an urban neighborhood that encourages a “live-work-play” atmosphere the property features a workout facility, club room with game tables, coffee house, and a fully equipped kitchen. In addition to these amenities, there is an outdoor pool and gathering space with grill area for residents to enjoy.  A 354-space parking structure is wrapped by the residential component, giving residents a reserved spot with easy access to the building corridors.

Continuum was developed and constructed as a joint venture between Browning and J.C. Hart in collaboration with the Purdue Research Foundation to provide an essential housing component necessary for Discovery Park District’s master plan which Browning helped PRF create in 2016.  Designed to have an urban neighborhood feel, Browning and J.C. Hart created a community where young professionals can live near Purdue University in non-student-oriented housing.
